on arrival was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. the staff where helpful . The room was clean and excellent for its purpose.
Dislikes:
only thing could say was that i found the mattress of the double bed hard. but this will not stop me in returning

Likes:
Friendly and v quiet at night. Very near rail/bus/tram links. Good local with pub grub over the road. Good breakfast.
Dislikes:
I'd ditch the industrial size automatic air freshners in the room - the noise is annoying.

Just like to mention that the air freshner in your room is a domestic not industrial, and was set to release spray hourly. If you would have mentioned the annoyance, we would have turned it off.

Cost of the room per night which included breakfast. Freshly decorated and very clean, beds were comfortable and room was good size.
Dislikes:
The sink in the en-suite was small and it was difficult to keep the water contained in the sink.

The location was great close to everything. The breakfasts were fantastic, never eaten so much. The owners were very friendly & helpful. we will be returning in the future. Would highly recommend.
